June 2009: Participation of Israeli Companies In Tenders Under the Recovery Act

On February 17, 2009, President Barack Obama signed into law the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (available on www.recovery.gov). The law is more commonly known as the "Recovery Act." The $787 billion act is intended to provide a stimulus to the U.S. economy in the wake of the current economic downturn.
